IP + HR = IT’S NO SO DIFFICULT SO WE CAN DO IT

IPIBA’s team of authors and contributors believe that intellectual property (IP) is a tool for development. In this regard, it must continually nourish the rich international production of different Law fields that influence directly in the creation and implementation of intellectual property rights (IPRs). These issues range from its strong relationship with climate change to the delicate balance on Human Rights (HR), such as the right to health, life, education and culture.

In this regard, the IPIBA’s OBSERVATORY aims to remind all those many diverse IP actors about the need to route IP our course, always guided by the above-mentioned higher order rights.
